Revisions to the Selected Papers: 16 October – 20 November 2020

Paper Evaluation Criteria
-The originality of the research questions (20 points)
-Importance of the research questions and academic contribution (20 points)
-Appropriateness and completeness of the research logic (40 points)
-Appropriateness of the critical suggestions (20 points)
Guidelines for the paper
- Word limit: 8000 words including title, footnotes, and references. Only in English
- Times New Roman 12 font
- Double spaced
- No extra spacing above or below paragraphs
- Headings in bold and capitalized with two spaces before and one following
(No numbering for the headings)
- Text justified on both sides
- The first line of every paragraph indented 0.5 inches.
- Please submit your papers using MS Office Word (.docx)
For in-text citation and references, use APA 7th edition (see https://owl.purdue.edu/owl/research_and_citation/apa_style/apa_formatting_and_style_guide/apa_changes_7th_edition.html)
Notes
- There is a possibility that the award winners will be invited to award ceremony at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The final decision regarding this will be made depending on the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
- Papers that were previously published in another format cannot be submitted to the contest.
- All conditions of the conference are subject to change without prior notice. If there are changes, they will be announced on this website and sent to participants via email.
- False facts or violation of Korean laws including plagiarism can lead to the nullification of the awards.
- No winner shall be selected if the criteria are not met.
- Only currently enrolled or admitted students can participate in the contest, per MOFA’s conditions.
